An Easter treat from the grand master of Children’s writing, David Wood.
David re-enacts his world famous book, play and TV series THE GINGERBREAD MAN along with three other tales.
Star of BBC TV’s Playaway, Jackanory, Tricky Business and Watch, David’s many stage adaptations include seven Roald Dahl classics, Judith Kerr’s THE TIGER WHO CAME TO TEA and Sam MacBratney’s GUESS HOW MUCH I LOVE YOU.
His latest adaption GOODNIGHT MISTER TOM can be seen on tour this spring.

A CHILDREN'S EASTER TREAT!
DAVID WOOD'S STORYTIME AT THE ARTS
Children's dramatist David Wood whose adaptations of Michelle Magorian's Goodnight Mister Tom, Roald Dahl’s George’s Marvellous Medicine and Aardman Animations’ Shaun the Sheep are currently on national tour, will visit the Arts Theatre, with six performances of David Wood's Storytime over the Easter holidays from 19th to 23rd April.
